The Virginia Brewing Company's "ZeroPak" warehouse complex consist of a number of buildings that are being developed into a cultural arts, entertainment, and market center with complementary activities to provide customers with a full destination experience.

Our special event facilities currently include our VBC Beerhall and Virginia Market retail spaces.  The ZeroPak Pavilion, the VBC Amphitheater, and the Engine Room Theater are currently under development.  Commercial storage and manufacturing space is available for lease that includes railcar and truck loading dock access.  Artist studios, galleries,  and an exciting residential community are planned within the property grounds.  Joint venture relationships for these developments are available.

"ZeroPak" was built over a period of 80 years and consist of a variety of unique architectural features.  ZeroPak is located at 536-590 North Cameron Street in the unique apple processing warehouse district of Winchester, Virginia.  The apple industry has thrived for generations because of the favorable conditions for apple orchards in the surrounding Shenandoah Valley.  The "ZeroPak" property was developed and previously used to process apple related food products which meets many of the same requirements as large scale beer production: transportation access to both truck and rail, warehouses with multi-story open ceilings to accommodate brewing equipment, large volume water and drainage, high voltage electrical access, and commercial refrigeration. We offer private tours for specific business interest by reservation.
